For Practitioners and experienced HR Managers
Leveraging the knowledge and expertise in group settings offers career development and HR professionals a structured, non-judgmental space to process challenging client scenarios, evaluate existing systems and programs, and generate fresh ideas without comprising any ethical and institutional boundaries.
Grounded in proven career development literature, insights in psychology and real-world intervention methods, the sessions are designed to be practical and interactive with healthy discussions and hands-on exercises. Sessions are based on themes across talent development, AI-enabled workforce and the local labour market conditions. Some concepts of global practice are introduced.

How the sessions are conducted
Thematic-based
Small Group Discussions
There will be specific themes introduced that are relevant to the career development and talent management practice.
Some examples include dealing with difficult clients, applying Holland's Theory, career development for organizations.
Session is delivered in a 1.5 hours to 2.0 hours format via Zoom. The date and time shall be confirmed once the minimum number (6 pax) is met.
All expression of interests shall be vetted first. All attendees must possess academic knowledge and experience in human resource or career development. Attendees who do not have any recognized career coaching credentials or career-related programs from established organizations (e.g. NCDA, SWDA, CCE, CICA, Republic Polytechnic) will not be admitted. HR Professionals are exempted but require relevant qualification or credentialing in human resource management.
Facilitator-Driven & Members' Sharing
An appointed Facilitator is chosen to lead the small group session. There will be a presentation to share key findings by the members of the group (for a larger size). Currently, we will stick to the individual sharing of key takeaways first.
