Ken Tan

Ken is the Founder for Careergowhere, a community to bind Practitioners, HRs and Government together for creating better employability and employment outcome for workers.

Since 2008, he has effectively managed more than 500 cases of working professionals and matured workers across Asia and Europe - in transition, outplacement and youths in their growth stages.

He teaches the credentialed career coaching program from America to senior leaders in the SG public sector. Prior to this, Ken speaks at ASEAN career development conferences to share his knowledge and expertise as a Practitioner. HR Directors have consulted him to develop actionable career pathing programs for future leaders. Career Coaches have sought his advice to manage complex cases.

Ken possesses a CMCS (Certified Master of Career Services) certificate from NCDA America. He has a Specialist Diploma in Career Counselling an an ICF-certified Coach. He is known to advocate employee engagement in workplaces and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. He was a former senior Deal-Maker for APAC.

Ken is also a professional member of APCDA, CDAA in Australia and NCDA in America. Ken was a Council Member for CDAS SG for 4 years.
